Just what did Banks, a senior social worker, think he was doing releasing confidential information regarding a clearly identifiable CVS case that was still being criminally investigated and hadn't yet gone to trial, to Directors of Social Services across the UK?
What was Martin Banks doing telling everyone that the mother had provably been seen under CVS poisoning her child, when that was proven to be forensically not true and doing so prior to a trial??
