The GMC undertook to inform the police (2005 ACPO undertakings) of any criminal activity they found in the files they obtained through their investigations of any doctor. No hearings took place at the time the GMC stated they would. Furthermore Jonathan Gornall obtained these confidential documents (I wonder were from DAVID!) when I can't, even though they relate to me - any wonder Southall always claims the "police won't do anything" - we'll see eh, times have changed significantly, not to mention the "confessions" at the GMC hearing!!
Any wonder Southall set me up to go to prison and had all those other parent's houses raided. Thanks to diligent enquiries via FOI and subject data access, we are now in the position of being able to prove the below.
The offences that can be proven to a criminal standard of proof committed by Southall and Samuels are:
The theft of original medical records from the Royal Brompton leaving children without the proper medical care and endangering the lives of children such as those in Family W.
Assault and GBH all the children entered into unconsented research projects who were harmed through burns, life threatening ALTES after the administration of noxious substances, etc.
Perverting the course of justice in retaining and failing to disclose original medical records in files marked SC which were unavailable to police, social services, the courts or any expert witness in any case involving that child
Perverting the course of justice in accusing parents of harming their children to silence the parent when they found out and challenged Southall and Samuels about the fact that not only had their child been entered into a research project without their knowledge or consent but that their child was subsequently harmed as a result of both actions, the allegation and the research.
Conspiracy to abduct, in making a false allegation against any parent that refused to allow their child to entered into unethical and dangerous research projects in order to gain control of the child so that the "regime" could be implemented (Southall's own evidence at the GMC)
Forgery
Fraudulent research
Perverting the course of justice and criminal contempt (perjury)
Giving evidence for percuniary gain (lying in court for a fee!)
