How is anyone supposed to protect children in this country when the country is run by bureaucrats? Having gone round and round the houses, via every single government department, I finally get answers from one. OFSTED. OFSTED are currently re reviewing an SCR in Bristol involving a CVS case in which an SC File was created. In this case no original records could be found at the child/ren's index hospital, that's because Southall and Samuels always demanded originals and never handed anything back, or only handed back the records that fitted their theory of the case.
OFSTED are waiting for the DCFS to complete its review into the retention of SC files, it is already clear that there will be serious case reviews into some cases, not least of which those that went before the GMC. I have asked that the broken arm incident is also reviewed given that Southall et al did not follow their own protocol which resulted in baby J coming to significant harm during CVS.
OFSTED have taken on board all the evidence I have sent them, including the evidence that PACA have deliberately tried to prevent any SCRs being undertaken in relation to the storing and retaining of the SC Files, they are also very concerned about the PACA members who are also sitting on the safeguarding children's boards - conflict of interest I would say. Many PACA members are the doctors who referred cases to Southall and Samuels, they are the ones that handed over original records and left no marker as to where those records had gone, neither did they try and retrieve them, or if they did there is no record of that happening. They would have to explain their actions to any enquiry.
Currently the PACA crew are trying to usurp the upcoming appeal by using the Clark case. All they are interested in is having a pop at the expert in both cases and boosting their golden boy.
This is a witch hunt against a father who has suffered unimaginable tragedy, who despite everything, has acted with dignity and has been the surviving child's rock. These people who claim to be the child protectors, put their mate (and by defacto themselves) before this child and his well being. They make me sick all of them, how could anyone put that little boy through any more than what he has been through.

Panoroma are still hassling everyone out there so be careful who you speak to on the phone, they have pulled some pretty nasty stunts in the last few days to try and trick parents into talking to them - you all know the score, it's Southall et al driven and more importantly Southall's agenda is to ensure that none of you can take the stand ..... so sit tight, they'll go away in the end.
