Oh dear, para's 53 - 60 Justice Blake's judgment, did he take into consideration any part of what he himself thought about this case and what the GMC didn't do, when denying Southall's original appeal? If he did, then the "conviction" so to speak, is potentially very wobbly indeed.
Anyway I'm not second guessing Law Lords!
What I will say is this, if Southall is reinstated, he faces further complaints at the GMC that were put on hold when he was struck off, plus some new ones and the merry go round starts again ... It's getting beyond a joke now it took the GMC 10 years to do round 1! Not to mention the fact he is under police investigation for a child related offence ... You couldn't make it up could you!
It reminds of those old Zombie films, where they keep getting back up again no matter how many times they're "killed".
I'll be drawing my pension by the time this is over!
