Should Davey get back on the reg, after this next round, then there are further complaints to consider, one of which being that of Justine Twiss. Secondly there is the little matter of the GMC Police and CPS having signed up to the APCO agreement, something which, when Southall is struck off, as he currently is, they don't have to adhere to, however will have to be complied with should he go back on.
So let's see shall we, because I know their Lordships, should they decide to reinstate Davey, will be just a tad pissed off if they were to put him back on the register, for him then to be arrested and charged and be taken straight back off again .....
