Uhhm, No he didn't the appeal was allowed (they didn't put him back on the reg though!!) and guess what PACA et al, now the SC Files come into play and now the the public will see what was really going on - hmmm is stealing 4,500 original medical records and hiding them from everyone, other doctors, social workers, the police, the courts a striking off offence ... I thinks so.
So finally it becomes about the illegal and unethical research and not about the smoke and mirrors created, child protection!
